VITOSTUDIO.COM may need to collect information from its clients when they place an order, buy a gift for a friend or subscribe to our newsletter. When clients register, clients consent to the collection of personal data. To allow us to process orders and other client requests, we will need information that will include name, email address, phone numbers, home address, shipping and credit/debit card billing address.
All details shared with VITOSTUDIO.COM shall be safeguarded by the company and will be used for the sole purpose of processing its clients' orders and requests. On cases when we deem it important to authenticate identity, we may request for additional information. To guarantee secure and efficient delivery, we may, on occasion, request for a contact number so as to allow our couriers to get in touch with the recipients.
VITOSTUDIO.COM aims to provide clients with a highly personalized and enhanced online shopping experience and for this reason, we require some personal information. We will also use your details to fulfill and deliver your orders and manage your account. We are firm in our stand against selling client information to third party marketing companies.
We have also taken great measures to guarantee that your credit card details are safe through our partnerships with secure payment gateways. Be rest assured, that our company shall take extra caution in making sure that each transaction made with VITOSTUDIO.COM is secure and that the use of credit cards are double checked prior to processing of orders.

Quality Control Standards and Returns Procedures
Items should be returned to us unused and with all the VITOSTUDIO.COM packaging and security tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Authenticity cards, dust bags, boxes and tags should be included with your return.
Kindly email us at INFO@VITOSTUDIO.COM if your purchases have been delivered without security tags. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
Goods are only considered faulty if they are received damaged, or where manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
We offer an exchange for faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, we will only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund (through store credit) if the item cannot be replaced. In case you want to exchange for another item, you may choose from THE SAME DESIGNER/B BRAND where your initial purchase was made.

All our merchandise undergoes strict quality control process and is thoroughly checked before being dispatched to our clients. Subsequently, we make every possible effort to display colors and details as accurately as possible. As computer monitors may vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of be completely accurate.
If the rare case that you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately through INFO@VITOSTUDIO.COM. To ensure that your returns are processed efficiently, we encourage that you return with the same courier company. We suggest that you use UPS (for international shipping) or 2GO/FastTrack/Upshift (for orders made in the Philippines). Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are protected while in transit. For shoes, please make sure that the box is well protected as they are considered part of the product.

Also note that we will not be responsible for any possible damages incurred for return shipments not using UPS, 2Go or Fastrack.
ON STOCK ORDERS AND PROCESSING:
Orders are processed pending availability of the item and payment verification. Orders placed on a Saturday after 12NN will be processed on the following Monday. VITO Studio will contact you with a follow up email once the merchandise you have selected is not in stock or if we need additional information for payment verification. We do not offer delivery on weekends and holidays.
PRE ORDERS FOR SPECIAL PIECES:
Some of the pieces found in VITO Studio are show or one-of-a-kind pieces and may have already been sold out. This does not necessarily mean that you've lost that chance at this very special item. By pre ordering from VITO Studio, you can buy in advance a piece before we re-stock.
By placing a deposit thru your credit card, we can place an order for your item to be created and ship it right to you as soon as it has been completed. The designers at VITO Studio have such a huge following that more often than not we sell out only a few hours upon re stocking. By pre ordering you are guaranteed that you will get your desired piece. Pre order items are shipped out to you as soon as the piece has been completed. You will receive regular updates from you on when to expect your item or you may contact CUSTOMERSERVICE@VITOSTUDIO.COM if you wish to track the status of your pre order.
We understand that you may change your mind about a certain pre order and wish to address this concern. That being said, we give our clients a chance to cancel their orders 48 hours from the time you placed your order. For cancellations, email us at CUSTOMERSERVICE@VITOSTUDIO.COM. A cancellation fee will be charged to your card depending on the value of the item you pre ordered for.
In case of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient, you also agree to grant the foregoing authorizations on behalf of the recipient designated to your order. If you are a recipient of a VITO Studio gift item, you may have your item exchanged or refunded (in form of store credit) to your VITO Studio account (you will need to register your details. The amount will automatically be deducted from your next purchase and will be valid for a year. Please be aware that you may need to pay the cost difference, additional shipping, taxes and import duties (for international orders). We ship our items using 2GO and Fastrack for domestic and UPS for international orders to ensure your purchases are delivered to you promptly and safely.
VITO Studio ships free nationwide. For international orders, VITO Studio offers its clients the lowest discounted rates. We dispatch your orders to our couriers within 24 hours upon placing your order but cannot guarantee a specific date and time of arrival.
CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING:
As soon as orders are dispatched, you will receive an email informing you that your purchase is on its way. Included in the said email is a tracking code that will allow you to keep track of your order's delivery status.
VITO Studio complies with specific restrictions determined by international trading regulations. Prices may vary by country on selected products.
TAXES AND DUTIES:
Our published taxes are exclusive of taxes and custom duties for international orders. Depending on the destination, custom duty will be the responsibility of the buyer. The duty will depend on the country in which you reside and the value of merchandise you ordered. For orders in the Philippines, custom duties are not charged.
VITO Studio insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by VITO Studio and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

VITO Studio accepts all regular priced items in its original condition for exchange or return. Sale items are not exchangeable or refundable. Items that have the tag cut off or have been worn, washed or used will not be accepted. We accept items for exchange or return within 14 days from the date of delivery. The returned packages must be postmarked within 14 days from the date of delivery or VITO Studio will refuse the exchange or return. VITO Studio refunds will be in form of store credit and will be effective as soon as we have confirmed that your refund request is valid. Shipping costs for refunds, however, will not be credited.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive exchanges and returns. Kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm the availability of your desired item and size. If any package is sent to us without prior authorization VITO Studio holds the right to refuse the exchange.
We strongly suggest that you insure your package for exchange in the case of damage or loss. For further instructions, kindly refer to our RETURN CLAIM SLIP enclosed with your delivery.
If you refuse a shipment from VITO Studio, you are responsible for original shipping charges.
